I manage the Open Women Div 7 team and I have just signed up for www.teamer.net I can not recommend it highly enough.
Once set-up (players can be imported direct from excel) it will send out free SMS and email to your lineup AND compile their responses automatically. I set my team up from scratch and had responses within half an hour for the first game...excellent.
All I need now is someone to pick them up, remind them to bring their shin pads and get them to the game...
